Office hours are by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled in the Exton or Paoli offices on weekdays. Please call to schedule or submit a request for a routine annual visit via the patient portal. Our staff will work with you to find the best time and location for you to see the practitioner of your choice. The doctor seeing patients in Paoli is at times also covering the delivery room, so there is a chance that your appointment there may need to be rescheduled at the last minute. The secretary scheduling your appointment can clarify whether or not that might happen.
Each doctor has a day in the operating room for surgeries two to four days per month, and a day covering the hospital (maternity unit and emergency department) weekly.
Before your visit with us, please print and complete the paperwork from the patient forms page and if possible fax or mail them to us so that they arrive several days before your appointment. Or, register for our patient portal, via which you may complete and submit the forms on-line – please review our home page for more information about the portal. In addition, please bring, or arrange to have sent, any records from other physicians that you would like us to review.
If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the office as soon as possible so we may offer that appointment to another patient. You may leave a message after hours on our office voice mail 610-280-3636, option 2.
We also appreciate calls to let us know if you will be late. We will usually still be able to accommodate you, but please be aware that this is the most common reason that we sometimes run behind schedule. If you are late, everyone with an appointment after yours will be seen late as well.
